The DPP and its News Exchange working group has been busy collaborating on the development of a minimum metadata specification for exchanging news content between UK Broadcasters and agencies.
Whilst more work is to be done in mapping our requirements in detail to existing industry standards, we are pleased to announce that we have come to an agreement on what the minimum metadata requirements are for news exchange and the benefits of adopting a common approach.
