Context of this work

ZDF has asked the DPP to benchmark the technologies and operations relating to its content supply chain. We are looking at both how they are positioned today, and how they expect to evolve their capability in the next five years. We are seeking to compare this with other broadcasters in the Nordics, UK and Ireland.

Structure of the surveys

We've broken up the research in 11 individual surveys, in order that you can have different experts complete each survey if needed.

Each section will require only a short time to complete - although it will require the input of a number of experts across your business. You might find it easiest to bring everyone together in a single workshop to complete everything at once.

The links to each survey are below. We've also provided downloadable PDFs of the surveys, in case you wish to review the questions before completing the online form.

Assistance completing the surveys

If you need any help at all, please contact Rowan. He'll be happy to discuss any of the surveys, explain the questions, and so on.

If you prefer, we can even arrange an online workshop session for Rowan to walk you and your colleagues through the questions, and we'll note down your answers.

Deadline for completing the surveys

We need the answers back as soon as you can. The final deadline is October 13th, though it'd be really helpful to get responses by October 6th if possible.

The benefit to you

The findings from the surveys will be anonymised by the DPP. However we will supply you with a personalised summary which compares your company's responses with all the other participants. In short, we will supply you with your own benchmark analysis, free of charge.
